Fire Insulated Doors and Screens

Fire insulation means that the radiated heat through the frame and glass does not exceed 140°C on the fire side of the frame. This prevents combustible materials from catching fire on the non fire side and can significantly save lives and the contents of buildings.

ASD Architectural provide a range of Fire Insulated Doors, Screens, and Partitions called Fuego Light.
These systems are available in Steel and Stainless Steel. Fuego Light has been tested in the UK and throughout Europe and conforms to either the European EN 1627 or the UK BS476 part22, which are recognised in the UK. Performance Categories: EI 30, EI 60, EI 90, EI 120. or known sometimes as 30:30, 60:60, 90:90, 120:120. The Fuego Range is extensive and includes variations on the system to suit the requirements of the age. These include: Finger Safe Doors, Automatic Sliding Fire Doors, Flush Glazed Fire Doors, Flush Steel Fire Doors, Double Action Fire Doors and Butt jointed Screens.
